WAKE UP INDIA

A mirror image of unity and equanimity, is how i conceive our motherland. It may be a quaint thought but factually i picture an average Indian , the man on the street willingly casting his vote ,not by virtue of his thumb print but by means of the most powerful weapons on this planet, the “pen”. I aspire to witness an India on the path of literacy where in our citizens undertake the noble task of “each one teach one”. Let us understand that genuine effort made over a period can move mountains.
Let us salute the Indian spirit of fortitude that has left its mark on time, not just by a battered ritual of giving a standing ovation to our national anthem, but by living the grandeur of its melody , by seeing our identity in every Indian citizen , be it a “Maharashtrian” or a “Punjabi”, a “Gujrati” or a “Bihari”, be it a “Hindu” or a “Muslim” , be it a “Parsi” or “Christian”. May we extend our hand to each other & reach out to the remotest corners of our country from sheer “Love”, “Empathy” and “Reverence”.
“CORRUPTION” IS FATHERED BY “HUNGER” AND HUNGER IS CONCEIVED BY POVERTY. A substantial effort on the part of the Indian entrepreneur can bear the sweetest fruit. Therefore encourage this class of risk bearer to pave way for more start ups many other new ventures thereby establishing employment opportunities for all.
As the mighty streams gushing with water parch the thirst of the dry land ,so may our farmers who have a potent presence in this vast nation which apparently is nestled in the villages, flourish & prosper , because in their progress lies the eternal & undiluted progress of our entire nation. Let fertility in all aspects belong to our “land dweller” in other words our farmer who still toils for a morsel.
A healthy nation which glows with the radiance of sufficiency and has no time to look back is how Vijeya sees INDIA .

indeed a fantastic piece of writing darling.i wish it was not only how 'vijeya sees india',but how 'every indian shud see india'.A country which was once well noted for diversity in culture & heritage, yet the human bonding used to sustain irrespective of the cast, creed or culture. But now, the term 'unity'just seems to be loosing its flavour.

Wonderfully portrait .... the deepest feelings of a lay man ... I could sense frustration... agrresion... behind the words... what is amazing is ... at the same time the write - up is full of hope and calm and demanding peace ... It could be one of those speaches which when delivered could make the crowd go .... husshhhhhhhh !!!!
