Make way while ethics shine !!!!!!!

Make way while ethics shine !!!!!!!

Tender minds can be carved in the manner that we want them to bloom like. Ethics can set forth the pace of the way a child thinks.
It is said “CHILD IS THE FATHER OF MAN”
Having said the above there is not much left to be said. It is crystal clear to the wise that no amount of effort made in the course of maturity will bear fruits in the latter stages, rather it is during the growing years that is before the world takes the reigns of the child that one is to be introduced to the alley where one tip toes while falling, one trips but rises in an instant. It is this brief stroll that he takes that decides his destiny as a man of values.
Thus one may genuinely say that ethics can be taught but at the primary level where a child has no distinction of gender and no distinction of good and bad. Without the separation of the two one can sail smoothly.
The debate among today’s generation is whether ethics be taught or not. it is really hard to take a stand. I am not trying to be neutral but to my amazement it cannot be taught yet it can be touched upon with ease. When I say that it cannot be taught I am putting my foot down by saying that morally brigading a person at latter stages of life is just not proper in terms of practice. But at the same time one can by no means sit still and let an alien force take to things. It is important to lay the foundation for the execution of moral practices. Thus I say that it is at the primary level that a child should be made aware of the definition of values. Only with a tight grip at the infancy can in the latter stages of the life a man be proclaimed to be one with a reasonably good sense of judgment. It is with a rightful sense of judgment that one may decipher or rather distinguish between what is ethically misjudged or morally right. Without the bestowment of this one shall remain dazed in a flimsy situation.
Thus I say that the use of the subject stands nullified if not taught at the primary level.

Its very true in the sense that Ethics should be cultivated at the grass root level of a human mind. But whats the point!!! The answer to an individual's way of thinking and acting lies in his/her Genes. How hard one tries to imbibe good values... all the action is situational based. One has to bend the rules to survive in this "Dog eat Dog world".
The CSR achieved by a company is just an attempt to minimize their unethical practices. It has become a medium of publicity. Therefore I believe the attempt made by the individuals and different groups to imbibe the Etchical values in the new generation is applaudable and they should continue doing so but I am afraid to say that 'wiping off the Oil from the Ocean after an Oil Spill is an ardous task and the Oil will sooner or later surface back on the water.'

Keep up the good work gal!

SORRY....I beg to differ.Tell me about the two brothers(or two sisters) who get proper education in the same school, and are being brought up in the same family under the shadow of same VALUES....but with the rolling of time and clime becomes master of their own different MORAL & ETHICAL VALUES?
So,dear, I think it is not one's environment and taught thing that shapes one's character,Rather, it is one's BASIC INSTINCT and SUBCONSCIOUS that shape one's CHARACTER and BEHAVIOUR.
I've always been of the mind that man is not the result of what he says or even what he does ......but man is END PRODUCT of what goes continuously in his subconscious according to his BASIC INSTINCT.
Is n't it...?

first of all I would disagree on the fact that it would be wrong on somebody's part to focus so much on primary level...

learning is a constant method...and when we talk about ethics it becomes a huge issue and it takes a hell lot of you emotionally to be ethically correct. and in ur life many times u get success if you become slightly unethical but professionally correct. So being ethical and being right are two different things differentiated with a thin line.

So let the child be raised up in an atmosphere that will cultivate ethics and he should also see the other side of the coin to have a better understanding of everything in life.

anyways nice post...thought provoking
